Wagyu beef and Lancashire cheese burgers on shredded lettuce, one topped with pepperoni, one with streaky bacon, topped with pickled gherkins and tomato salsa in toasted brioche buns, bacon fried beans, southern fried chicken strips, nacho cheese samosas and fries.

It’s really good, adds a certain spice to the burger.

I throw a few slices into the pan just as the burgers are nearly done.

It crisps them up and rids them of some of the fat they contain.

I’d love to have a large garage with in door wash bay, games area or TV area for people to relax while I clean their car (so tey aren’t pestering me asking, ‘are you sure there isn’t something you want me to help you with?’ Or ‘it’s very dirty isn’t it? I’m sorry, etc...) and a refreshments area to take a break from time to time and have a chat.
